You want to build housing?

We can help you make inspired and informed choices.

We offer:

  • Visionary thinking about multifamily housing for the 21st century, for people at all income levels.
  • Research and analysis of the social, political and cultural trends that shape housing today.
  • Coalition building and networking with housing stakeholders.
  • Assistance with the selection of architects, designers, contractors and other housing builders.
  • Provision of educational materials related to housing and urban policies.
We have a combined 60+ years of experience which has given us the expertise and connections to help build the great dwellings of tomorrow.

We are based in Los Angeles, CA, and Madrid, Spain, so we bring a broad perspective, as well as fluency in Spanish and English.

We are passionate about housing that breaks with tired old models and offers a socially and architecturally rich living experience, as well as a positive impact on the cityscape.

If you want that too, call us for a consultation.
